プライバシーポリシー
Lumée（以下「本サービス」といいます）は、お客様お一人おひとりの内省と表現のためのサービスです。本サービスの提供、定期購読、サポート対応、および任意参加のランキング機能の運営に必要な情報のみを取得し、お客様の個人情報を販売することはありません。
取得する情報
- アカウント情報：Firebase ユーザー ID、匿名認証の状態、Apple サインインでお客様が共有を選択された情報（メールアドレス、表示名など）。
- プロフィール情報：表示名、プロフィール画像、年齢、業界、地域、国、自己紹介。未入力の項目は非公開のまま保持されます。
- セルフィーおよび AI 入力：診断、トランスフォーメーション、マンスリースナップショットのために送信される画像、および処理に必要なプロンプト情報。
- アプリ利用情報：診断結果、おすすめ、生成されたトランスフォーメーションのメタデータ、ローカル履歴、連続日数、利用回数の状態、基本的な診断データ。
- 購入情報：Apple および RevenueCat から取得する定期購読と追加チケットのステータス。お客様のクレジットカード情報そのものを当社が受領することはありません。
- ランキング情報：お客様が任意で参加された場合に限り、表示名、選択されたプロフィール項目、プロフィール画像、アーキタイプ、オーラ、スコアが他のサインイン済み利用者に表示されます。
利用目的
本サービスの提供、AI による解析結果の生成、利用回数および購入状態の正確な管理、プロフィールと記録のパーソナライズ、不正利用の防止、不具合の解析、お問い合わせ対応、任意参加ランキングの運営のために情報を利用します。
AI による処理について
セルフィーおよびプロンプトは、Cloud Functions を経由して OpenAI に送信され、解析または画像生成に用いられます。当社のサーバーには、処理後のセルフィー画像を保管しないよう運用しています。生成された結果および軽量なプロフィール・ランキング用の射影は、お客様が履歴、利用状況、ランキング参加状況を確認できるよう保存されることがあります。
端末内データ
履歴、スナップショット、プロフィール画像、生成画像の一部は、Apple のフレームワークを用いてお客様の端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除されると、当社が運営するサービスを通じて同期されたものを除き、端末内のデータは削除される場合があります。
第三者への提供
本サービスの運営にあたり、Firebase、RevenueCat、OpenAI、Apple およびその関連インフラストラクチャ事業者を利用しています。これらの事業者への情報共有は、アプリの機能提供、決済、セキュリティ、解析、または法令遵守に必要な範囲に限られます。
お客様の選択
ランキング項目を空欄のままにする、ランキング参加をオフにする、またはアカウントを削除することができます。アカウントおよびデータの削除をご希望の場合は、seira.design.sw@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy
Lumée is built for private self-reflection. We collect only what we need to run readings, transformations, subscriptions, support, and opt-in rankings. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account data: Firebase user ID, anonymous sign-in state, and Apple sign-in details you choose to share, such as email or display name.
- Profile data: optional display name, avatar, age, industry, region, country, and bio. Blank fields stay private.
- Selfies and AI inputs: images you submit for readings, transformations, or monthly snapshots, plus the prompt details needed to process them.
- App data: reading results, recommendations, generated transformation metadata, local history, streaks, quota state, and basic diagnostics.
- Purchase data: subscription and consumable-pack status from Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Ranking data: only if you opt in, your display name, optional profile fields, avatar, archetype, aura, and ranking score may be shown to other signed-in users.
How we use data
We use data to provide the app, generate AI results, keep quota and purchase state accurate, personalize your profile and journey, prevent abuse, debug crashes, answer support requests, and operate opt-in rankings.
AI processing
Selfies and prompts may be sent to OpenAI through our Cloud Functions for analysis or image generation. We avoid storing raw selfies on our servers after processing. Generated results and small profile/ranking projections may be saved so the app can show your history, quota, and opt-in ranking state.
Local storage
Some history, snapshots, avatars, and generated images are stored on your device using Apple frameworks. Deleting the app may delete local-only data unless it has also been synced through services we operate.
Sharing
We use Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Apple, and related infrastructure providers to operate Lumée. We share data with them only as needed for app functionality, purchases, security, analytics, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can leave ranking fields blank, turn ranking participation off, or delete your account. To request account or data deletion, email seira.design.sw@gmail.com.

利用規約
本規約は、Lumée（以下「本サービス」といいます）のご利用について定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、お客様は、関係法令を遵守し、礼節をもって、個人的な内省・自己表現の目的の範囲内でご利用いただくことに同意したものとみなします。
利用資格
本サービスのご利用には、13歳以上であること、またはお客様のお住まいの国・地域において求められる最低年齢を満たしていることが必要です。
AI 生成結果について
診断、おすすめ、トランスフォーメーション、スナップショット、ランキングのスコアは、いずれも AI によって生成される表現です。これらはエンターテインメントおよび自己内省を目的としたものであり、医療、皮膚科、心理、財務、法律その他の専門的助言には該当しません。
お客様の投稿内容
お客様は、ご自身が送信する画像およびプロフィール情報について責任を負います。ご自身に利用権限のないコンテンツ、違法なコンテンツ、第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを送信しないでください。お客様は、送信されたコンテンツを、本サービスの提供および改善に必要な範囲で当社が処理することを許諾するものとします。
ランキング
ランキングへの参加は任意です。参加された場合、表示名、プロフィール画像、選択されたプロフィール項目、アーキタイプ、オーラ、およびスコアが、他のサインイン済み利用者に表示されます。参加はプロフィール画面からいつでも取り消すことができます。
定期購読および追加チケット
定期購読および追加チケット（消費型）は、Apple の App Store を通じて購入され、RevenueCat により管理されます。定期購読の利用枠は、各プランの期間に応じて更新されます。追加チケットはトランスフォーメーションの利用回数を追加するものであり、定期購読者になるものではありません。請求、解約、返金に関するお手続きは、お客様の Apple ID を通じて Apple が取り扱います。
アカウントの削除
アカウントおよびサーバーに保持されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、seira.design.sw@gmail.com までご請求ください。端末内のみに保存されているデータについては、アプリをご自身の端末から削除いただく必要がある場合があります。
サービスの変更
当社は、セキュリティ、法令、運用、またはプロダクト上の理由により、本サービスの機能を更新・一時停止・終了する場合があります。
免責事項
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されるものであり、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、本サービスの利用から生じる間接損害、付随的損害、または結果的損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lumée. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully, kindly, and for personal self-reflection.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Lumée.
AI results
Readings, recommendations, transformations, snapshots, and ranking scores are AI-generated. They are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.
Your content
You are responsible for the images and profile information you submit. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights. You give Lumée permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide and improve the app.
Rankings
Rankings are opt-in. If you participate, other signed-in users may see your display name, avatar, selected profile fields, archetype, aura, and score. You can opt out from the profile section.
Subscriptions and packs
Subscriptions and consumable packs are purchased through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Subscription allowances reset according to the plan period. Consumable transformation packs add extra transformation credits and do not make you a subscriber. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests through your Apple ID.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and server-side data by emailing seira.design.sw@gmail.com. Local-only data may also need to be removed from your device by deleting the app.
Service changes
We may update, pause, or remove features when needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Disclaimer
Lumée is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lumée is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app.

AI 利用について
lumée は、診断、アーキタイプ、トランスフォーメーション、スナップショット、および年次レポートの生成に、OpenAI の AI モデルを利用しています。
送信される情報
お客様が送信されたセルフィーはエンコードされ、当社のバックエンドを経由して OpenAI に送られます。処理後のセルフィー画像を当社のサーバーに保管しないよう運用しています。
生成される内容
アーキタイプ、オーラ、ファセット、シグネチャーフレーズ、やわらかなナラティブ、およびトランスフォーメーション・スナップショットの AI 生成画像が出力されます。
本サービスが行わないこと
lumée は、容姿の優劣を測定したり、診断や順位付けによって人としての価値を評価したりするものではありません。出力は、内省のためのやさしい問いかけとして提示されます。
コンテンツの自動審査
送信されたセルフィーは、診断や画像生成の前に、OpenAI の自動コンテンツ審査を通過します。不適切または安全でないと判定された画像は、モデルに送信される前に拒否されます。
AI Disclosure
lumée uses AI models from OpenAI to generate your readings, archetype, transformations, snapshots, and yearly reports.
What is sent
The selfie you submit is encoded and sent to OpenAI through our backend. We do not retain images on our servers after processing.
What is generated
Your archetype, aura, facets, signature phrase, soft narrative copy, and (for transformations and snapshots) AI-generated images.
What it isn't
lumée does not measure attractiveness, diagnose, or rank human worth. Outputs are emotionally framed self-reflection prompts.
Content moderation
Submitted selfies pass through OpenAI's automated content moderation before any reading or generation step. Images flagged as explicit or unsafe are rejected before they reach the model.
